Genesis glass top executive desks from Laporta are high – end designer desks. 

These modern executive office desks have stylish 12mm tempered glass tops and die cast aluminium legs.  

The clean simple lines are clearly defined by polished or leather wrapped legs and transparent glass tops. All of which will provide you with a premium high quality desk with guaranteed levels of strength and stability.

Firstly you can select a striking extra large rectangular glass desk with a 1000 mm deep top.  Secondly you can then add a free standing desk height side return to create your L- shaped executive desk.

You can then make your designer glass desk into more than just a large table by adding mobile and structural pedestals. These will then provide you with excellent personal storage solutions.

Finally as an additional extra you can add exquisite Genesis accessories in saddle stitched thick leather to provide you with a further touch of luxury.

GENESIS GLASS – Large Glass Top Executive Desks

 

These striking glass top executive desks are available as large rectangular desks or as L- shaped desks. 

They have all the hallmarks of luxury Italian office furniture.

What do you get?

The sturdy legs with three support arms are in die cast polished aluminium. The lower part of the leg can also be selected in leather.

First of all select one of three extra large glass desk top sizes. The tempered glass tops as standard are in 12mm transparent clear glass.

The die cast aluminium legs can be selected in polished aluminium or with a saddle stitched leather covering. We offer these in black leather but many other leather colours are offered at the same price. Please ask for your preferred colour choice.

 

What are the Rectangular desk sizes?

All of the deep desk tops are 1000 mm deep.

The glass top executive desks are available in three rectangular desk sizes. 

You can select 

  • 1800 x 1000 x 720 high.
  •  A larger 2100 x 1000 x 720 high
  • or the extra long 2400 x 1000 x 720 high .

These are also excellent as free standing glass meeting tables.

 

What are the L- Shaped desk sizes?

The L shaped glass desks also include a free standing desk height side return which is 1200 x 600 x 720 high. 

This can then be placed next to the main desk. It has a recessed third leg and a set of three lockable drawers.

You can select 

  • 1800 x 2200 x 720 high.  
  • A larger 2100 x 2200 x 720 high
  • or the extra long 2400 x 2200 x 720 high

 

Is there any personal storage?

YES.

The optional desk height side return includes a structural 3 drawer pedestal. For the same price you can also request this as a 2 drawer filing pedestal.

You can also select Mobile 3 drawer pedestals on castors to place below or to the side of your desk.  For the same price you can also request these as a 2 drawer mobile filing pedestal. 

If you select the two drawer option then it has a full extension drawer for maximum A4 suspension filing capacity.

All of the pedestal designs have a substantial 40mm thick black stained oak wood top. 

The drawer fronts are in black stained oak wood with aluminium handles.

The pedestal sides are in black and all of the pedestals are lockable.

The internal drawers are in steel with high quality runners and a soft close drawer action.

The drawer bottoms are then finished in saddle stitched leather to add an extra touch of luxury.

Are the pedestals available in other finishes?

YES.

If you prefer we can provide the wood finishes in natural oak wood or a stained in a dark Wenge wood colour. Please add your choice in notes on the sales form.

If you do not want a wood grain finish we can also offer these in matt lacquered finishes such as black or white for the same price.

For an additional price the drawer fronts can be produced for you in saddle stitched leather. Please ask for a quotation.

 

 

Is there any cable management?

YES.

You can add within additional extras a saddle stitched vertical cable spine in real leather that affixes to one of the legs.

If required we can also provide a horizontal channel in leather to fit under the top which affixes to two of the legs. Please ask for a quotation should one of these be required.

You can also add 80 mm cable ports with sliding chrome covers in the glass tops. Please specify how many and the position required.

 

 

Are there any matching sideboards and cupboards?

Yes.

There is a full range of matching cupboards, bookcases and sideboards. 

These are available in the same finishes as the pedestals. Please ask for details and a quotation.

IS THERE A MATCHING ROUND TABLE?

YES you can also add matching tables for your glass top executive desks.

A matching 1200 mm round glass top table to seat four people comfortably can be selected. The top can be in clear glass with your choice of aluminium or leather legs. Please ask for a quotation.

A full range of large rectangular glass boardroom tables are also available.

Is there a real leather desk pad? 

YES

You can add these within additional extras.

You will find a very high quality full depth black Leather desk pad that is 900 mm wide and 1000 mm deep. They are practical, elegant and have a stylish stainless steel insert.

These will of course protect the main working area and provide a further luxurious feel to your executive desk.

A smaller 900 wide x 450 wide leather desk pad is also available. 

Other matching accessories in leather such as pen pots and waste bins can also be provided upon request.

Where we write “leather” this is indeed a very high grade genuine THICK Italian leather. 

In fact we obtain our top quality leather hides from the highly reputable Italian tannery CHIORINO

Are the desk tops only available in glass?

NO you can also select the glass top executive desks in other finishes.

You can also choose Genesis Wood desk tops in real wood . 

These are available in all the same wood finishes as the pedestals. If you prefer to have a 30 mm wood top please request a quotation

Genesis desk tops can also be ordered in real leather with aluminium protective corners. 

These are available in all the same leather finishes as for the legs and accessories. If you prefer to have a 30 mm leather desk tops please request a quotation

You can also select low sideboards and bookcases in matching wood and leather finishes.
